As soon as your booking is complete

For any reason whatsover within 14 calendar days of completing your booking, you can demand a full 100% no-quibble refund.

Refund time scale and amount

Up to 12 weeks prior to your tour date - 50% refund

Less than 12 weeks prior to your tour date - 0% refund

Exceptions

If for any reason your ship does not reach port, even at the last minute, you will receive a refund less your booking fee of 5.00 Euro per person.

However, if your ship is diverted to a nearby port that same day or your visit to Cobh/Cork gets deffered to another day during that same cruise, eCoach reserve the right to offer an alternative tour instead of a refund.

How to claim a refund

Refund requests must be made in writing by email, fax or post stating the following:

• Name on the booking
• The Booking Confirmation Number
• Email Address used for the booking.
